Help with Common Booking Form Issues
Having trouble completing an online booking? You have come to the right spot for help with common booking form issues and errors! Here is a step by step walk through of the Booking Process with Solutions to common issues. If you encountered a booking issue please close the booking form and restart your web browser. Then navigate to a fresh booking form and then please follow the steps below:
Booking Process:
1. Select the number of guests and then your date in the calendar.
a. If you do not select the number of guests or select and click your date the form will not process.
2. Then be sure to select the departure time (click on) that appears below the calendar.
a. After your complete step 1 a departure time will appear below the calendar. Be sure to select and click on the time.
3. After electing the date – the order total will appear.
a. The order total will then appear beneath the calendar.
4. Fill out the text box with the names of guests.
a. Please fill out the text box with Passenger Names, please highlight any children by typing a – C – next to their name. Please add any questions or requests at the bottom of the form.
5. Be sure to tick the box “Please Confirm”
a. Please make sure that you tick – select the “Please Confirm” Box.
6. Input your cell phone for contact
a. If have an international cellphone number, please add your number in the Guest Names Text Box and you can input 555-555-5555 as a value a placeholder
7. Click Book Now – The booking will be placed in your Cart.
a. If everything is correct your Booking will be successfully placed in your Cart.
8. The form will scroll down.
a. Give the system a second to process and the form will automatically scroll down to the next section.
9. Input your billing address, email address etc. into the form.
a. NOTE: Please be sure that your address & zip code matches the billing address on file with your credit card company. If you receive an “AVS address not match error” at the end of the booking process, please double check your billing address and contact your credit card provider if necessary to confirm the exact address that they have on file.
10. Tick and complete the I am not a robot reCAPTCHA test.
a. Please be sure to complete the reCAPTCHA test to prove you are human.
11. Input – fill out the credit card payment form.
a. Fill out the Credit Card Form with the Card Number, Expiration Date, CCV and required information.
12. Tick the box – I have read and agree to Terms & Conditions.
a. Please make sure to click and tick the agree to Terms & Conditions box. The purchase will not complete if this box is not ticked. There is a link to Terms and Conditions so that you can read them as necessary.
13. Click Place Order
14. Your Booking should Now Process and Complete.
TIPS: If you forgot to tick the “Confirm Passenger Names” Box and get a $0.00 Total at the bottom of the booking form after hitting the Book Now Button. Please close the booking form and restart the process from Scratch – especially if you keep getting the $0.00 and Error in Submission Message after repeatedly changing inputs on a Booking Form with out restarting a new Booking Form From Scratch.
