The Hali'imaile Distillery Tour is about experiencing the art of crafting authentic Hawaiian spirits in Upcountry Makawao, Maui. Nestled in Maui’s pineapple region, Hali’imaile Distilling Company uses locally sourced ingredients and a unique distillation process to create distinct spirits, aiming to offer “Hawaii in a Bottle.” The tour provides insights into their small-batch production and the geographical charm of Upcountry Maui, including its connection to Paniolo heritage and rich agricultural surroundings. Details: No one under 21 is eligible to participate in the tasting in our gift shop. In accordance with Hawaii State Law, we can offer 3 samples to each person 21+ on our tour. Free parking is available on site at 883 Hali’imaile Rd. Valid photo ID is required to enter the tasting room, no exceptions. Guests under 21 are welcome and 2 and under are free! Anyone under 21 will need to wait outside during the tasting portion (about 15/20 minutes). Duration: 30-45 Minutes.
