How will I get my tickets or vouchers?
For Lost on Lāna‘i Itineraries
Lost on Lāna‘i will email your receipt after we process your order. A directions and information message is included at the bottom of the receipt. We will also text you an information & reminder text the day before your departure.
When you check in at the Expeditions ticket location just give the attendant your names and be ready to show your ID and they will give you your roundtrip tickets.
When you disembark on Lāna‘i head down the gangway. Your shuttle van transfer driver will be waiting for you with a sign that has “Lanai City Shuttle Service/Rabaca’s Limousine Service” on it. Please check in with the driver and let them know that you are Lost on Lāna’i Voucher Guests going to the Cat Sanctuary.

For Maui or other Island Itineraries Booked (including Via Fare Harbor or Viator)
The activity description and booking form contains general information, cancellation policy and directions. Additional information will be sent to you directly from the activity provider after you submit your booking.
How soon should I book?
There is limited space on all activities, so during high season and the holidays it is best to plan and book as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Please see the description section in each activity for more information.

What if it is raining or bad weather?
Lost on Lāna‘i monitors the weather and stays in constant contact with our activity and transportation providers. If the transportation, activity or event provider cancels due to weather or for any other reason we will be in touch with to give you the option to reschedule or to receive a 100% refund. Some activities will run rain or shine. Please see the description section for each activity for more information. If the activity or event provider does not cancel then we will not be able to provide a refund.
What about hotel or airline bookings?
Lost on Lāna‘i through its sister travel agency Two Boldly Go Travel can assist with all of your travel plans and arrangements, including assistance finding frequent flyer mileage & upgrade availability.

What about custom tours or activities?
Lost on Lāna‘i works with activity and tour companies across the state and can plan and arrange your custom tour or activity.
As an example – Would you like to fly from Lāna‘i to the Big Island of Hawaii for a helicopter tour of the volcano or from Oahu to Lāna‘i via helicopter? Lost on Lāna‘i can arrange it.

What about Expeditions Ferry Check-in Time and other Requirements?

Reservations: All passengers first and last names required, no initials please, including children and non-paying infants.
Check-in Time: Passengers must check in at least 30 minutes prior to departure time. Ferry closes boarding 5 minutes prior to departure and departs on schedule. Expeditions will not wait for late passengers.
Luggage/Bags: You are allowed two (2) bags and one (1) carry on, no charge. Excess bags, bicycles, dogs, surfboards over 7 feet long, sailboards (with bag and mast) and kayaks will be charged a fee.
Pier Locations: Depart from Expeditions Ferry at 101 Maalaea Boat Harbor Rd on the island of Maui, located in the ground floor of the DLNR Building. Pick up your tickets at the Expeditions booth at Maalaea Harbor.
What about parking for the ferry. Where can I park at Maalaea Harbor?
The parking at Maalaea Harbor is all paid parking. Payable via QR Code or at one of the 6 pay stations at a cost of $1 per hour. Parking is managed by Secure Parking 1-808-517-1311. https://www.secureparkinghi.com/parking-location/maalaea-boat-harbor/
