Verified Great company! Great Tour! Great Company! Brad was very accommodating, especially.with changes in plans. Shuttle escort on the island was also very friendly, knowledgeable and agreeable to last minute changes in itenerary.Verified Planning - Communication GREAT with Lost on Lanai Worked with Bradley, Lost on Lanai, for months. Booked a large group to see the Cat Sanctuary, had changes in plans, people, reservations. Bradley communicated and quickly responded to changes kindly, was helpful. Then the Lahaina Harbor was destroyed. Again, lots of changes, email exchanges. Then the ferry had to be cancelled due to weather. Sad, no Lanai and Kitties but happy with the result of our many communications. Some of us had booked this tour 2 years ago and loved it and we are so saddened by the effects of the fire on all aspects of Maui/Lanai. Highly recommend booking through Bradley and taking a Lost on Lanai tour (they have lots of options!). We definitely will see the Sanctuary next trip!Verified Languid Lanai Ramble Lost on Lanai arranged a wonderful visit to Lanai. Communication was excellent via text. We traveled from Maui to Lanai via ferry. Amazing voyage across. From Lanai harbor, we took a shuttle to Lanai City and ate breakfast at the Blue Ginger Cafe. Another shuttle ride transported us to the Cat Sanctuary. We loved our visit with the kitties and wanted to take all home with us. The shuttle whisked is off to the beach. Lovely, uncrowded and good snorkeling. A short walk took us back to the harbor for the ferry ride home. The day was amazing and enjoyed by all!Verified One stop shopping We wanted to go to Lanai to visit the cat sanctuary. Lost on Lanai made it super easy. After talking to them on the phone, I was able to buy one ticket online that covered the ferry to and from Lanai and our shuttle on Lanai. Tip: get to Lahaina early so you can find a place to park, and read the parking terms very carefully.Verified The way to visit Lanai GREAT service for visitors to Lanai. In the past it was a hassle trying coordinating the ferry and arrange ground transportation. Now one call or online site and Brad reserves your ferry ticket on the Lanai ferry Expedition and a shuttle van to your destination and back to Manele harbor for the return to Lahaina. RT cost is $85 or $97 for 2 locations like the cat sanctuary and Lanai City. I booked the 9:45 ferry to the cat sanctuary, 1:15 PU to Lanai City then a 4:15 back to catch the 5:45 ferry. That gave me time not only with the cats but a chance to get a bite to eat and check out the few stores in the town.FYI: It will cost you 200-250 dollars to rent a vehicle for one day and there are only 30 miles of paved roads.Verified Best coordinated tour for Lanai Since we were staying on Maui, we wanted to hit Lanai. We found Lost on Lanai online, and booked the ferry + cats + beach tour for about $85 per person. Best money we spent on the whole trip. The communication about what to expect, where to park, and where to be was impeccable - Bradley made it seamless. We took the 9:45 ferry, were seeing cats by 11:15, on Hulopoe beach by 1:45, and back on the ferry for a sunset ride by 5:30. Do not hesitate, book with Lost on Lanai immediately, you won't regret it.Verified The best tour company to effortlessly book a trip to the Lanai cat sanctuary We had an *amazing* trip to the Lanai cat sanctuary from Lahaina (Maui). We were staying in Maui but weren't quite sure how to get to the sanctuary. Enter Lost on Lanai. They made it SOOOOOO easy. We booked the 9:45am-2:30pm ferry + cats trip. We boarded easily at the Lahaina harbor (our names were with the check-in person). Once we got to Lanai, we easily found our shuttle driver, and he drove us in a van to the sanctuary (and everything in reverse on the way back). It was an effortless trip and totally worth it to use Lost on Lanai to coordinate for us. The sanctuary was every cat-lover's dream (read my review on the cat sanctuary page for more details).Verified Lost on Lana'i made our trip to Lana'i easy We wanted to go to Lana'i and Lost on Lana'i, especially with the help of Brad, made our trip extremely easy. Brad was very helpful and responsive to questions I had. The trip was arranged exactly as I wanted. All the details that were provided as to what would happen when went like clockwork. We had a wonderful trip to Lana'i with the morning at the Cat Sanctuary and the afternoon at the beach snorkeling. The driver picked us up at the Cat Sanctuary and gave us a driving tour of Lana'i City before dropping us off at the beach. It was a great day! I would highly recommend the trip and also Lost on Lana'i.Verified Terrible experience No instructions provided on how to get tickets, where to park, where to go. After the 20m bus ride to get the the Jeep rental, they neglected to mention the police are very aggressive. Two members of our party got speeding tickets. Finally on the return bus ride to the harbor the driver decided to take us on an unannounced tour of a hotel while the boy was docked and waiting on us. We did not have the chance to get snacks and use the restroom prior to boarding.Verified Great service Went to go see the cat sanctuary. Fabulous experience. The van picked us up and took us where we needed to go. I heard from other travelers they took a taxi when they got off the ferry and got charged an insane amount of money to get to the sanctuary by some taxi service. I would strong recommend using lost on Lāna’i. The four seasons is also fabulous. Other than a hunting trip I’m not sure what else there is to do on this island.
